Thessalonica Emmanuela Eka Puteri is a tax professional with a strong academic background, having graduated from Universitas Brawijaya. She began her career as a tax consultant and has since developed extensive experience in handling a wide range of corporate tax matters in Indonesia.

Her experience includes SP2DK handling, tax audits, objections, appeals, judicial reviews, as well as international tax matters such as the Mutual Agreement Procedure (MAP) and Advance Pricing Agreements (APA). • Representing a well-known musical product multinational company in Renegotiation of Unilateral Advanced Pricing Agreement (UAPA) due to COVID-19 pandemic with Indonesia Tax Authority and successfully reach an agreement.
• Representing a well-known musical product multinational company group (consist of 5 companies) in Bilateral Advanced Pricing Agreement (UAPA) with Indonesia Tax Authority (ongoing).
• Representing a well-known musical product multinational company in Tax Audit involving transfer pricing cases.
• Represent a leading natural ingredient producer company in a Tax Appeal Process which overturned the objection result.
