Indra Siallagan is the Founder and Managing Partner of IDSP, with over 25 years of experience in the tax sector, spanning both his formative years at the Indonesian Tax Authority and his role as a trusted advisor to multinational and local companies.

As a graduate from the Indonesia State College of Accountancy (STAN), Indra is a Certified Tax Consultant and a licensed attorney, authorized to practice in both Civil and Tax Courts.

Driven by a strong commitment to justice, clarity, and client advocacy, Indra built IDSP with a vision to provide strategic, ethical, and forward-thinking solutions for businesses navigating Indonesia’s increasingly complex tax landscape. His leadership reflects a blend of deep technical knowledge, legal acumen, and a passion to empower clients through even the most challenging disputes.

• Represent a a well-known multinational musical products company in transfer pricing cases during a tax objection process, successfully overturning the audit result.
• Represent a prominent oil and gas multinational company in the Tax Court regarding a VAT case, resulting in an overturned objection.
• Represent a well-known multinational consumer goods company in the audit process for VAT refund cases.
• Assisted a well-known multinational musical products company in a Mutual Agreement Procedure (MAP), successfully reaching an agreement between both jurisdictions.
• Engaged in negotiations for a Mutual Agreement Procedure (MAP) for a prominent musical products multinational company, achieving a successful agreement between both jurisdictions.
• Negotiated a Unilateral Advanced Pricing Agreement (UAPA) for a well-known multinational musical products company with the Indonesian Tax Authority, successfully reaching an agreement.
• Represented a well-known multinational musical products company in the renegotiation of a Unilateral Advanced Pricing Agreement (UAPA) with the Indonesian Tax Authority due to the COVID-19 pandemic, successfully securing an agreement.
• Currently representing a multinational musical products company group, consisting of five companies, in a Bilateral Advanced Pricing Agreement (UAPA) with the Indonesian Tax Authority (ongoing).
