Diana is a tax professional, specializing in tax audit, dispute resolution, and transfer pricing, supported by strong capabilities as a tax researcher. Her academic background from the University of Indonesia provides a solid foundation in analytical and leadership skills, further strengthened through active participation in competitions and her roles as a judge in Tax Competitions.


As a member of the Indonesian Tax Consultants Association (IKPI) and a licensed Tax Lawyer authorized to practice before the Tax Court, she has extensive experience handling tax matters across industries. She has successfully handled APA, as well as MAP. In addition, she has handled Indirect Tax Compliance for Malaysia and Singapore.   • Representing a well-known musical product multinational company in Renegotiation of Unilateral Advanced Pricing Agreement (UAPA) due to COVID-19 pandemic with Indonesia Tax Authority and successfully reach an agreement.
  • Representing a well-known musical product multinational company group (consist of 5 companies) in Bilateral Advanced Pricing Agreement (UAPA) with Indonesia Tax Authority (ongoing).
  • Representing a well-known musical product multinational company in Tax Audit involving transfer pricing cases.
