• Represent a well-known multinational company in the musical products industry in a tax appeal process that successfully overturned the initial objection.
• Served as the Team Leader in negotiations for a Unilateral Advance Pricing Agreement (UAPA) with the Indonesia Tax Authority for a well-known multinational musical products company, achieving a successful agreement.
• Led the team in renegotiating a Unilateral Advance Pricing Agreement (UAPA) due to the COVID-19 pandemic with the Indonesia Tax Authority, resulting in a successful outcome for the multinational musical products company.
• Acted as the Team Leader representing a multinational musical products company group, consisting of five companies, in an ongoing Bilateral Advance Pricing Agreement (UAPA) with the Indonesia Tax Authority.
• Facilitated the teams efforts in a tax audit related to transfer pricing cases for a well-known multinational musical products company.
